Standing United: Our Unwavering Commitment to Ukraine (2022–Present).
A transparency report on AD Baltic’s financial contributions, operational shifts, and ongoing support initiatives.
Our Stance: Zero Tolerance for Aggression
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion in 2022, AD Baltic has maintained a clear and rigid position: we stand with the people of Ukraine and condemn the aggression against their independent state.
We believe that support must go beyond words. Therefore, we immediately implemented strict operational changes to align our business practices with our values:
- Market Exit: We suspended all operations in Belarus.
- Supply Chain Sanctions: We ceased all purchasing of goods of Russian and Belarusian origin.
- Fleet Independence: Managing a fleet of over 200 vehicles, we banned the use of Russian-origin fuel and related services.
- Partner Advocacy: We officially called upon our suppliers and manufacturers to halt deliveries of parts and services to Russia and Belarus.
- Energy Security: We accelerated our investment in renewable energy projects to minimize dependence on the aggressive regime’s energy systems.
2022-2023 Financial Support Report
In March 2022, we launched a regional support campaign across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, pledging 1% of all sales to aid Ukraine.
The Goal: Our initial budget based on March 2022 sales was €73,598.
The Result: We exceeded our commitment, providing a total of €75,641.92 in direct aid between 2022 and 2023. This amount was allocated with strict oversight to ensure it reached those most in need.
Breakdown of Aid Allocation:
- Financial Donations (€32,800): Direct cash support to trusted organizations including Blue / Yellow, Ziedot.lv, and Nova Ukraine.
- Critical Equipment (€16,484): Provision of thermal imagers, generators, and other specialized equipment for units like the 10th Team of the King Mindaugas Riflemen.
- Vehicles & Transport (€12,950): Purchase and transport of vehicles for defense and logistics.
- Automotive Parts (€13,229): Spare parts supplied to fix vehicles for the army and for refugees via the “For a Safe Car in Lithuania” association.
- Medical Supplies (€178): Essential medical goods.

Ongoing Commitment (2025 Update)
Our support did not end when the initial media cycle faded. As the war enters its third year, the need for specialized defense support remains critical.
- Radarom! 2025: In early 2025, AD Baltic transferred €10,000 to the “Radarom!” initiative, contributing to the protection of Ukrainian airspace and critical infrastructure.
Technical Assistance for Refugees
Beyond financial contributions, we utilized our core competency—automotive parts distribution—to help those fleeing the war.
- Mobility Support: We launched an initiative to provide free car parts to Ukrainian war refugees requiring vehicle repairs, ensuring their safe mobility within the Baltic states.
- Logistics: We utilized our logistics network to collect and transport clothes, sleeping bags, and other humanitarian aid from our branches directly to support centers
