    Start of activities 1988.03.17 We started our activities in a modest repair shop in Salininkai. Initial business was restoration and repair of Shock absorbers. Company was started by Two shareholders (Mr. Kęstutis Tubutis and Mr. Mindaugas Šertvytis).

    Member of ADI. We became a member of Autodistribution International. Oldes and most professional ITG (International Trading Group in Europe).

    AD Baltic – Official Name. Company Became AD Baltic and created a fully separated organization structure (Name change from KEMI)

    30 YEARS celebration. We celebrate our 30th aniversary with a big bang. Organized first in Baltic startes – IAM Show in Žalgiris Arena.
